In 2020 several authors in many forums told me that they were delaying their book launches and faced with challenges. I was in the same situation and delayed the launch of The Consummate Communicator: Character Traits of True Professionals by several months. As part of the book launch I decided to host a marathon event to support and encourage my fellow authors.
The idea of interviewing a “few” authors swiftly became a marathon session to host 24 Authors in 12 Hours. Despite two authors having some technical difficulties, we persevered and 24 Authors on three continents on October 8th between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm EDT were interviewed. The next installment of 24 Authors in 12 Hours was held on November 11th – Veterans Day. This installment featured authors from Free Agent Press, a veteran owned organization. In addition, 10% of all book sales from my books that day were donated to The Wounded Warrior Project.
Now that 24 Authors in 12 Hours is in our third you were doing features for organizations to promote their authors.
